Baby Bites Recipes

Before Nerd arrived, I loved watching The Food Network, collecting cookbooks, and spending hours in my kitchen creating extravagant meals for the hubs and myself. After Nerd was born, I had to learn to make meals faster than Rachel Ray AND still have time to make meals for a baby-turned-toddler. So I started "Baby Bites" recipes, partially due to the fact that I have a love for chopping things to bits with my chef knives. (But it's mostly because I have an incurable I-could-make-that-and-it-would-taste-better complex.) My inspiration comes from everywhere. My creations are taste-tested (and approved) by Nerd herself.

6-9 Months
Edamame and Alphabets (vegetarian, lactose-free when omitting cheese) 
Roasted Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Navy Beans (vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free)

9-12 Months
Broccoli with Pasta and Lentils (vegetarian, lactose-free when omitting cheese)
Raspberry Mint Puree with Yogurt and Quinoa (vegetarian, gluten-free)

12-18 Months
